HOW LONG IS MONACO WHEN ITS FULLYOPENED?
Since our products are all custom-made, a certain production cycle is required. Most orders will be shipped within 5-17 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing pieces?
Please email service@
modubrik.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. For missing pieces, include the relevant instruction step. We will review the issue and advise on the appropriate solution under our Refund Policy.
Can I return my order?
You may request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery. Return conditions, shipping responsibilities, and refund procedures are explained in our Refund Policy. Please contact service@

What if my package is delayed or lost?

modubrik.com with your order number. We will check the shipment with the carrier and advise on the next steps. Depending on the investigation, a replacement, reshipment, or another suitable solution may be offered.
